It is optimal to receive brain training 2 - 3 times a week consistently over a 20-session period.

If you prepay for 20-sessions, you will receive the 20th session for free.

You must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time or you will be billed for your session.  

This policy does not apply to emergencies.

Payment is received at time of service, unless you have a pre-paid package. We are not in-network with any insurance carriers, which means you would be utilizing your 

out-of-network benefits if you would like to use your insurance. We will provide you with a Superbill to send into your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
